KESSMANN, with its founders’ multi-disciplinary experience, has started its projects in 2022 to create both functional and aesthetic living spaces of best quality in harmony with nature and based on the principles of sustainability.

Founding partner Haluk Nayman graduated from the department of Civil Engineering of Middle East Technical University and his experience goes back decades. Mr. Nayman is one of the two founding partners of Kontek İnşaat which was ranked several times on the list of ‘’ Top 225 Global Contractors’’ of ENR, which is the most prominent list for the construction sector. Furthermore, he is partner of extra virgin olive oil producer Sardes Tarım, cherry producer AA Grup and dairy farm Nayman Tarım.

Other founding partner Çağın Keskin is at the same time the founding partner of Brandit , one of the most renowned advertising agencies in Turkey. Besides, for years, he has been also running successful businesses in sectors such as entertainment, agriculture, food and beverage, textile and apparel retail with his strong local partners in TRNC.
